Shipping policy

Orders are packaged and shipped in the order received. Ready to ship items will ship in 3-5 business days. If it is a custom or made to order item, it could take up to 2 weeks. Please message us on our Facebook page or email with any questions. gracefulcreationstx@gmail.com

Your item will be sent by USPS Mail or UPS. All items will have a tracking number and a return address. I will not accept responsibility for items lost in transit as I will have done everything within my power to make sure your item gets to you, items which are mislaid are therefore the responsibility of USPS Mail/UPS and you accept this risk with the purchase.

 Once USPS/UPS has the package, I have done everything in my power to get your item to you. I will not give any refunds due to a mistake USPS/UPS makes. If they lose a package, a claim will have to be filed with USPS to recover your money or product.

Insurance is optional, please let me know before paying your invoice if you would like it added.
