Custom Design Mock Up Request

How It Works

1. Purchase this mock-up service.
2. Upload your logo or design files, or tell us about your design idea.
3. In the text bar please be as detailed as possible on hat color & brand as well as patch color.
4. We will create a digital mock-up of your custom hat for your review.
5. Once approved, you'll be ready to place your custom hat order.

Design File Requirements

For the best results, please upload your artwork as a PNG or SVG file with a transparent background.

If a print-ready PNG or SVG file is not provided, a non-refundable design fee will be charged to recreate, clean up, or convert your artwork into a production-ready file. This fee covers the time required to prepare your artwork for manufacturing and is not applied toward your hat order. 

Mock-Up Fee

A mock-up fee is required to create your digital proof. Once you place your custom hat order, the mock-up fee will be credited toward your purchase, making it a risk-free way to visualize your design before production.

• One mock-up includes one hat style and one design concept.
• Please be as detailed as possible on your hat color and patch colors.
• Additional design revisions or alternate concepts may require an additional fee.
• Colors shown on screen may vary slightly from the finished product.
• Mock-ups are created for proofing purposes and remain the property of Graceful Creations TX until a production order is placed.
